JMIR Cardio debuts in the second quartile (Q2) of the “Cardiac & Cardiovascular Systems” category.
This significant achievement highlights the growing influence and relevance of research in cardiovascular medicine with focus on electronic, mobile, and digital health approaches in cardiology and for cardiovascular health.
This year’s Journal Impact Factor (2024 data) for JMIR Cardio reflects the high-quality and impactful research contributed by the published authors, the rigorous work of the journal’s peer reviewers, and the dedication of the editors and journal staff. JMIR Cardio also recently received a 2024 CiteScore of 4.3, ranking in Q2 in two categories (Medicine: Cardiology and Cardiovascular Medicine and Medicine: Health Informatics). CiteScore is a 4-year average of citations, based on Elsevier Scopus data.
