Furthermore, considering the effects observed in our analysis were assessed over relatively short follow-up durations (mean 4.5 months), future RCTs should evaluate the long-term impact of mobile app–based intervention on energy intake.
Notably, the We Chat app in the study by Wang et al [38] and the i Nutrition applet in the study by Jiang et al [34] contributed to the pooled effect on energy intake and demonstrated high feasibility of app use among GI cancer survivors.

In the real world, fine needle aspiration (FNA) has long been the favored diagnostic method in the management of suspicious thyroid nodules [5]. Before that, different regions used various Thyroid Imaging, Reporting, and Data System guidelines to screen suspicious thyroid nodules that need to receive further FNA [6,7]. However, the decision process of the Thyroid Imaging, Reporting, and Data System results in a significant number of unnecessary FNAs performed for benign lesions [8].

However, many current studies are limited by small sample sizes and insufficient population representativeness, making it difficult to detect rare or long-term adverse events [2]. To address these limitations, conducting multicenter pharmacoepidemiologic evaluations has proven to be more reflective of actual clinical settings, enhancing statistical power, improving detection efficiency, and enabling early identification of vaccine safety concerns [3,4].

These include stigma, fears around confidentiality, culturally insensitive services, long waiting times, and uncertainty about where and how to seek support [22,23]. These issues are further complicated by the devolved nature of health and education policy in the United Kingdom, which has resulted in marked variations in the organization, funding, and delivery of student mental health services across England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

Managing these conditions through lifestyle changes and medication use is essential in reducing their long-term impact on health [2]. The prevalence of chronic diseases has escalated over the past decade, with noncommunicable diseases accounting for 67% of global deaths in 2010, rising to 74% by 2019 [1]. This trend is expected to impose an economic loss of approximately US $47 trillion worldwide by 2030 [3].

Patients had the ability to independently choose when and for how long to train asynchronously, and the ability to skip or repeat prescribed activities. At least 75% of a patient’s total dose was expected to be delivered asynchronously.

The Safety of Telerehabilitation: Systematic Review
Niemeijer et al [60] conducted a systematic review and meta-analysis of 773 studies that evaluated the relative risk of adverse events for musculoskeletal rehabilitation in various in-person settings, including outpatient centers, hospitals, and long-term care homes. Compared to control groups, in-person rehabilitation did not increase the risk of serious adverse events. However, there was a relative risk of 1.19 (95% CI 1.09-1.30) for nonserious adverse events, translating to a number needed to harm of 6.

Health care consumer surveys (pre- and postconsultation): Health care consumers will be asked to complete a survey before their consultation detailing their demographics, reason for visit, and how long they have known the clinician. Post consultation, they will be asked to complete a survey detailing their consultation experience, including whether they felt respected, felt listened to, and had enough time (Multimedia Appendix 1).
