Differences between the 2 groups will be compared using the Student t test or Wilcoxon rank sum test, unless otherwise specified. The 2 groups will also be compared by estimating the ratio between the blood pressure measured at each timepoint and that measured at V2, using the blood pressure at V2 as the baseline. Because blood pressure is measured repeatedly, it is not possible to assume independence between measurements; thus, generalized estimating equations will be used.
