Second, the high satisfaction scores according to the mean sum scores on the ZUF-8 show that the intervention was satisfactory for participants and was able to support them to a high degree; the assessment of the ease of use emphasizes this, as well as the fact that most participants would use apps as support again and would recommend this type of support to a friend in a similar situation.
