Evaluating the Impact of Pediatric Digital Mental Health Care on Caregiver Burnout and Absenteeism: Longitudinal Observational Study

For child symptoms of anxiety, depression, and sleep problems, caregivers of children respond to screener items from the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (Fifth Edition, Text Revision) (DSM-V-TR) Cross-Cutting Symptom Measure screeners [33]. If a response of 2 or greater is given to any screener, they complete the corresponding PROMIS (Patient-Reported Outcomes Measurement Information System) anxiety, depression, or sleep assessment [34].

In our proposed visualization tool, mind LAMPVis, we support the following visualizations (V) of active (A) and passive (P) data: MCA trend (V1 A) of survey data (Figure S1 in Multimedia Appendix 1), MCA eigengap (V2 A) of survey data (Figure S2 in Multimedia Appendix 1), Date-clustering (V3 A) of survey data (Figure 1), Home time (V1 P) of significant locations data (Figure 2), Significant location (V2 P) of significant locations data (Figure 2).
