Of note, B-MORE participants, when compared with controls, reported significantly higher baseline levels of pain interference (d=−0.74, W=93.5, P=.03) and anxiety (d=−0.61, W=108, P=.04). Out of the 18 participants completing the brief MBI intervention, 16 individuals completed the postintervention assessment. No adverse events were reported during the study.
