Telehealth Satisfaction in Patients Receiving Virtual Atrial Fibrillation Care: Quantitative Exploratory Study

Telehealth Satisfaction in Patients Receiving Virtual Atrial Fibrillation Care: Quantitative Exploratory Study

Normality was examined using histograms and P-P plots. Telehealth satisfaction and general self-efficacy were slightly negatively skewed but considered acceptable given the sample size. Two participants with low telehealth satisfaction scores consistently came up as influential cases using standard techniques for handling outliers; thus, we opted to Windsorize their telehealth satisfaction scores to .01 less than the next lowest score of 1.83, allowing their responses to be retained in the analyses.
