Repeated face-to-face discussions were held between the authors EW and TC, with the purpose of scrutinizing the findings from the perspectives of the last author (TC), who had no previous experience of the U-CARE Heart intervention. Codes were sorted into subcategories and categories with the aid of NVivo version 11.3.2 (QRS International Pty Ltd., Australia).
