Average adherence indicators by week in the intervention: (A) exercise adherence (EA), (B) dietary adherence (DA), (C) medication adherence (MA), (D) blood pressure monitoring adherence (BPMA). We observed varying degrees of positive impacts on health outcomes for patients with hypertension through this health behavioral digital intervention. The intervention demonstrated a significant effect on SBP control.
