Quantitative and qualitative data were gathered and have been reported elsewhere (Teo, S, unpublished data, October 2022) [46]. This study is a secondary analysis of the qualitative interview data from patients in the intervention group. Singapore is a small, highly urbanized country in Asia with >5.7 million inhabitants. The country has an internet penetration rate of >81% [47], making it ideal for telemedicine, which is becoming increasingly popular [48].
