For example, in the study by Lahtio et al [23], none of the included studies examined the added value of technology. In most cases, for in-rehabilitation interventions, both technology and face-to-face meetings are used in experimental groups [23]. These were the main reasons why the interest in this study was to determine the added value of technology. Therefore, in this study, the only difference between the remote technology intervention and the reference groups was the use of technology.
