High-fidelity manikins that are technology-enhanced or computer-controlled have been found to be more beneficial than low-fidelity static manikins [8]. This may be because high-fidelity manikins more closely mimic clinical practice and allow the learner to physically interact with the simulated patient, assess physical findings, and make clinical decisions [13].
